Superior customer service and GORGEOUS bracelet!

The item I received was not made with the quality of materials in the listing. The beads are not good quality. Also, the listing is extremely hard to follow and falsely advertised as a set in the listing as stated in the heading "14k Gold Filled Fresh Water Pearl Beaded Bracelets, 2.5mm 3mm 4mm 5mm Beads Stretch Bracelet, Stack, Layering, Mothers Day Bracelet Sets". Also it was hard to follow adding personalization to the item. Buyer beware you are only purchasing one bracelet at $50 and this one item is not up to par or quality as advertised. Refund was offered upon receipt of the bracelet but I was not offered return shipping which should have been offered. Seller was rude and unprofessional to say the least. The one and only time I wrote a negative review in all of my purchases on Etsy.

I originally LOVED my bracelets and they were so nice but within a month they started to tarnish and I take them off everytime I shower. I have boughten bracelets half the price that never tarnished this fast. I also contacted the seller to see if there was anything they could do and never received a response. Quite disappointed.
